He is a true artist who can work in many mediums, although these days it is usually pushing pixels. After over a decade working for agencies, James started Watersource Creative where he steers the ship. Never being held back by the confines of 9 to 5, James thrives on deadlines and in known to subsist solely on caffeine. His energy and dedication has granted him the opportunity to work with iconic brands and lead the creative for national campaigns.
Exposed to art, advertising and fashion early on has given Alison a natural ability to examine and explore all things creative. Alison interned for Vivienne Tam‘s PR department in New York and in Scarlett Magazine’s editorial department. She also worked at Red Bull in field marketing. After receiving her BA in sociology and communications, Alison partnered with James to start Watersource Creative. A multi-tasker and sounding board, she brings both critical thinking and a sensitivity to projects. Alison enjoys the process in the abstract conceptual phase of creative as well as the technical aspect of creating content and building a web identity for Watersource Creative clients.
LARC intertwines his love for music and moving images by crafting stories that stir emotion and leave lasting impressions. He brings with him a toolkit full of skills, from creative writing and picture editing to cinematography and directing. LARC went from studying film in Toronto to teaching the art form for half a decade at the University of the West Indies in Barbados. Drawing from his early years in music video production, rhythm and pacing have become key signatures of his work. His storytelling often encompasses holistic worldviews and ranges from high-end commercial to raw and gritty; from social to environmental. This quiet warrior is a self-starter who loves to island-hop and give out free hugs.

A tri-lingual researcher and activist, she is renowned for her networking and problem solving skills and has built a reputation for the relentless energy she devotes to deliver each project, from inception to completion. Jessica has produced promotional videos for not-for-profits and businesses, spearheaded participatory films in local communities, and led nation-wide video marketing campaigns in the Caribbean.
